1Acceptance and Eligibility
By creating an account or accessing QuestionPaperPro, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or an authorized educator, school administrator, academic tutor, or representative of an accredited educational institution with legal authority to enter into these terms. If you are using QuestionPaperPro on behalf of an institution, you bind that institution to these Terms.
2User Accounts & Authentication
QuestionPaperPro utilizes secure Google OAuth authentication. You agree to provide accurate registration details (such as your educational board, teaching grades, and subject specializations) during setup. You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality and access control of your Google account credentials.
- All activities and exam documents created under your workspace session.
- Promptly notifying us if you discover any unauthorized access or security breach regarding your account.
3Use of Exam Blueprints & Question Paper Builder
QuestionPaperPro grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Design, configure, and store structured exam blueprints matching your school curriculum.
- Search and retrieve curriculum-standard questions with LaTeX mathematical formulas.
- Generate, edit, customize, and export camera-ready print PDF question papers and answer keys for classroom assessment.
4Educator Responsibility & Academic Verification
Mandatory Teacher Review
While QuestionPaperPro provides advanced automated question selection, syllabus balancing, and LaTeX rendering, the final verification of test questions, point distributions, formula accuracy, and answer validity remains the sole responsibility of the educator administering the examination.
5Intellectual Property Rights
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights in any proprietary question items, custom school logos, institutional watermarks, and specific test arrangements created by you or your school.
Platform IP: The QuestionPaperPro brand, logo, codebase, visual UI elements, blueprint schemas, typography engines, and styling templates are the intellectual property of QuestionPaperPro. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our application software.
6Acceptable Use Policy
When utilizing QuestionPaperPro, you expressly agree not to:
- Use the system to harvest, scrape, or extract question banks en masse via automated scripts or bots.
- Upload malicious code, harmful payloads, or infringing copyrighted content.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the server infrastructure, APIs, or database integrity.
- Resell, lease, or sub-license platform access to third parties without prior written consent.
7Service Availability & Updates
We strive for continuous, high-availability service for educators worldwide. However, QuestionPaperPro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, introduce new blueprint templates, upgrade mathematical rendering capabilities, or modify features with reasonable notice.
8Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QuestionPaperPro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, test cancellation, or printing costs.
